A vision in white, Sara Lidofsky Gross was a jaw-dropping beauty as she walked down the aisle to marry Daniel Gross on October 11, 2015 at the Crystal Plaza in Livingston, New Jersey.
With dreams of wearing the biggest ball gown she could find, it comes as no surprise that Pnina Tornai was her ideal wedding dress designer. A fan of Say Yes to the Dress, Sara knew that Pnina Tornai's gowns would offer her everything she was looking for in a dress.
“If I had to describe my dream dress it would be super sparkly with tons of poof,” Sara explains, “I didn't want to be able to fit in the doorway!”
Naturally, Sara set off with family to the Pnina Tornai boutique at Kleinfeld in search of the perfect wedding dress. After walking around the boutique a bit, Sara discovered her dream gown.
“I saw it hanging there and knew it was everything that I wanted in a gown,” says Sara.
The gown she had discovered was a layered tulle ball gown with a sweetheart neckline and floral-design embellished corset fit for a princess! Loving the romantic femininity of flowers at weddings, Sara fell in love with the floral design on the corset of her gown. She even had more flowers added to the gown to raise the sweetheart neckline.
Sara completed her bridal look with a dazzling Pnina Tornai cathedral veil with crystal embellishments. Her blue heels served as the perfect “something blue” for her special day.
Sara's sparkling ball gown fit in perfectly with the decor of her wedding. With a color scheme of whites,off-whites, and creams, Sara's radiant ball gown full of crystals and layers of tulle heightened the whimsical and dreamy nature of her wedding.
When it came time to walk down the aisle there was no doubt that Sara had picked the right gown.
“The dress was exactly what everyone pictured I would wear. I loved seeing people's faces as they saw me for the first time,” Sara recalls.
A true beauty in her lovely Pnina Tornai ball gown and veil, Sara felt like a genuine princess on her wedding day. The tremendous layers of tulle combined with her crystal-embellished corset and veil gave Sara the dreamy and extravagant aesthetic she so desired.
With tulle around her waist and a smile on her face, Sara began her new wedded life looking like a beautiful dream come true.
