Planning your wedding can be one of the most busiest and stressful times in your life. There so much to do and plan before your big day comes that often our self-care is tossed to the side. Healthy eating, sleep schedules, and just general maintenance can take a real hit during this time. Therefore, when your body is starting to feel a little worse for wear, here are my tips on how to get back to your bridal best!

1.) Listen to your body. When my body needs rest it demands it! When you know your body is getting overloaded with everything going on, try to dial back the intensity by at least 20%. We all can tell when our body is sending us signals whether it’s a killer migraine or an upset stomach, we can feel when our body is out of whack and should respond accordingly. Ignoring it will only make things work. Gives your body what it needs so that it can help you get through those meetings with the caterers and florists.

2.) Sleep, sleep, sleep! For me sleep is the most important thing, especially after those long flights back and forth from the U.S. to my home in Israel. I know it may be hard and you may suffer serious FOMO (fear of missing out) but instead of going out with the girls this weekend, indulge in some R&R (rest and relaxation) and give your body a break. You and your body deserve it.

3.) Put good things in your body. I know it is much easier and quicker to just grab fast food or to eat out but a home-cooked meal does wonders for your body. Even you can't find the time to cook for yourself try and find healthier options to eat while you are out on the go. Also, drink plenty of water! Your body craves it and needs it to run properly. Vitamin C and grapefruit seed are also great supplements that your body will thank you for.

Like one of my favorite songs says, we are all only human. Although the world may sometimes expect us to be Wonder Woman, I bet even she has her limits. Nurture and take care of yourself so that you won't miss out on all the really fun stuff like engagement photos with your love or that awesome bachelorette trip you and your girls have planned! Remember this should be a fun time and you will want to remember feeling your best!
