A BAHAMA BEAUTY

Looking flawless in her captivating gown, Audra Lee walked down the aisle of St. Christopher's Anglican Church in Nassua, Bahamas on December 12, 2016 ready to wed her true love, Christopher Lee.

With her trip to New York in place, it was a no-brainer for Audra to book an appointment at Kleinfeld Bridal. Audra was hoping to find a gown at the famous salon that was both dramatic and sexy at the same time to wear on her special day. While walking around the salon, one gown in particular caught Audra's eyes. It was a Pnina Tornai mermaid gown with lace appliques, illusion cutouts, and crystal embellishments galore. This dress had everything Audra was looking for and more so she knew that she had to try it on.

Once Audra slipped into the glamorous gown she was sold. This was the gown for her! However, not everyone felt the same way that she did. Audra's mother, who preferred a more traditional look for her daughter, was not thrilled with the gown's low back. Audra was not to be swayed though. When her consultant tried to get her to take the gown off to try on something to please her mother, Audra refused and confidently believed in the idea that this was the gown for her. Audra convinced her mother that this was the gown for her and said yes to the dress that day.

The wedding dress that Audra had chosen was absolutely perfect for her Bahamas nuptials. Though the gown was fitted and had a wonderfully long cathedral length train, the material was luxuriously breathable and lightweight. This ensured that Audra was not too hot in her tropical wedding setting. The mermaid flare and abundance of crystal embellishments offered Audra more than enough drama for her wedding day ensemble. Lastly, the illusion cutouts and corset-style back gave Audra the touch of sexiness that she wanted on her special day.

For the finishing touches, Audra opted for sparkling drop earrings from her aunt instead of a necklace in order to bring attention to her face and not detract from the wonderful lace detailing on the straps and around the neckline. Audra wore her hair up for the special occasion and completed the look with an ethereal veil that gave some coverage of her illusion back during her church ceremony. The coverage and lace made her mother happy while the dramatic length pleased the bride.

Classy and captivating in her dazzling gown, Audra walked down the aisle looking absolutely radiant in her wedding dress.

“I felt so glamorous. I didn't want to take it off,” Audra reminisces.

Feeling confident in her choice of gown and choice of love, Audra wed her soulmate and danced the night away in wedded bliss!
